She is a highly sought after business consultant, mentor, and writer with a back ground ranging from design, ministry, marketing, to international project management.She currently lives in Middleburg, Florida with her husband Ben
Pastor Benjamin Smith MHP
Assistant President
Pastor Benjamin Smith is the cofounder of The International H.O.P.E project Inc. He brings 19 years of business experience in outreach ministry, local and international aid programs, leadership building, and public health. Ben’s education includes a Masters Degree in Environmental Public Health, a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, and an Associates Degree in Science. Ben currently lives in Middleburg, Florida with his wife Rhonda.
Bishop Izelles Kirkpatrick "Kirk"
Counseling Director
Bishop Kirk is the definition of a true gentle giant. With a heart to serve people he has a passion to build strong leaders and to advance God’s kingdom. His educational accomplishments include a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management, masters in Theology and a doctorate in Christian Education.
Christina Woody
Project Manager
Christina brings to HOPE creativity and management skills leaned during her time at Citrus Bloom. Christina responsibilities include of organizing outreach projects.
